With a turnover of 8.5 million euros, UAB Energus is one of the fastest-growing energy efficiency providers in Lithuania. Following rapid business growth and a series of high-profile deals, the existing manual project management system proved inefficient and generated too much overhead. Energus decided to embark on a digital transformation journey. The company is gradually automating its processes using Microsoft Power Platform solutions Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI, together with Office 365, which has decreased manual work and enabled fast decision making.
In 2011, when Lithuania`s nuclear power plants began the process of de-commissioning, and the supply of electricity dropped, prices went up dramatically. “It was the perfect time to present the Lithuanian market with intelligent energy solutions that are cheap, safe and environmentally friendly,” says Povilas Sidliauskas, founder and CEO of Energus. His company, which provides intelligent energy efficiency services for large buildings, is active in Lithuania and Belarus, as well as Latvia and Sweden.

Norime pasidžiaugti, kad naujieji 2019 metai prasidėjo bendrovei „Energus“ ypač reikšmingai. Sausio 31 dieną įmonė gavo tris tarptautinius standartus: ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 ir OHSAS 18001:2007. Kompanija „Energus“ nuolat stengiasi gerinti teikiamų paslaugų kokybę ir užtikrinti, kad įmonė būtų geriau pasirengusi pasinaudoti naujomis galimybėmis vis konkurencingesnėje rinkoje. Todėl buvo skirta daug laiko bei pastangų tobulinant įmonės vadybos sistemą pagal ISO standartų reikalavimus.
